Sport, Fitness and Recreation Trainining Package

Transition workshops for the SIS10 Sport, Fitness and Recreation Training Package have been held over the past five weeks in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, with over 250 participants nationally. Adelaide is next on the agenda with Darwin to follow in late June. Transition workshops for Hobart and Canberra are yet to be determined. Further workshops will be held in NSW after SIS10 is released onto NTIS. SIS10 has been on stage on NTIS since April 20. Being on stage means it is ready for SSA to check and sign-off for it to be released on NTIS. SSA has commenced checking for sign-off, however there is now a possibility of delaying this sign-off in order for a Version 1.3 to be released. This is due to numerous errors that have been highlighted during the transition workshops. Further information on the status of a Version 1.3 release will be made available next week.Provide feedback on the training package using Service For further information please contact Karen Beattie kbeattie@serviceskills.com.au.
