Right Way Resources Recognition

In order to apply for Right Way Recognition you must understand, agree to and sign the Declaration of Commitment to the Right Way Code of Conduct for Registered Training Organisations. The Declaration can be found in the Right Way Code of Conduct for Registered Training Organisations and must be attached to other application materials.

Fees

The Right Way program is operated on a fee for service basis and is a not for profit system operated by Service Skills Australia on behalf of the industries it serves. The Right Way fees cover the administrative and promotional costs of the recognition process. Fees are payable at the time of submission and are non refundable.

The fees outlined in this fee schedule are applicable:

From 01 July 2011

To 30 June 2012

Small Resource evaluation - maximum 100 pages$1000.00 per resource
Medium Resource evaluation - maximum 200 pages$2600.00 per resource
Large Resource evaluation - maximum 300 pages$4200.00 per resource
Re-evaluation of any resource after improvement request$1200.00 per day as required
Note: the reference to pages includes pages which may be paper based, web based information pages, web based interactive activity pages or pages presented in any other electronic media. Developers will be asked to estimate the number of pages contained within any resource.

Service Skills Australia or its local agent will hold discussions with the resource developer to ascertain the size and range of resources to be evaluated. A quote will be provided and a fee agreed upon before the application is submitted.
